In - House Engineering and Drafting

At Grattan, we make sure your renovation experience is as seamless and stress-free as possible from start to finish. From the initial consultation and design phase to the final walkthrough, we manage every step with clear communication, detailed planning, and a commitment to quality.

Our in-house drafting team develops comprehensive 2D construction drawings and immersive 3D models, allowing you to visualize your project before construction begins. Throughout the design process, our team works hand in hand with you, your architect, interior designer, or any other professionals involved to ensure everyone is aligned and your vision is executed exactly as intended.
